1 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends/public holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email and tracking info once shipped.

2 Shipping

• Delivery time: 3–7 working days in Pakistan.

• Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount (check homepage for current offer).

3 Return & Exchange Policy

• You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.

• We do not accept returns on:

  • Lingerie, undergarments

  • Beauty/personal care products

  • Sale or clearance items

4 How to Return

• Email us at Support@herhavenpk.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photo (if defective/damaged).

• Customer will bear return shipping charges unless the product is incorrect or damaged.

5 Refunds

• Refunds are issued as store credit or direct transfer (based on case).

• Processing time: 5–7 business days after return approval.
